Catalog Deadline

Date Published:
February 10, 2017

The 2017-2018 Undergraduate and Graduate Catalogs are tentatively scheduled to be published online in June 2017.

Changes to academic programs and courses must go through the course and curriculum approval process, which is now fully in Curriculog.  Curriculog may be accessed at

What types of changes should be submitted through Curriculog?

  • Program admission requirements
  • Program course requirements
  • Program grade requirements
  • Course titles
  • Course descriptions
  • Course prerequisites
  • Course credit hours
  • New courses
  • Just to name a few…

Once a proposal has made it through the entire approval process, the requested changes will be made within Banner, DegreeWorks, and the next available Undergraduate and Graduate Catalogs.

In order for the requested changes to appear in the 2017-2018 Catalogs, it is recommended that originators launch and approve their proposals within Curriculog by March 1, 2017.  Based on proposal duration, this estimated timeframe should allow the proposal to make it through the entire approval process in time for inclusion.  Doing so after this date may delay the requested change until the 2018-2019 Catalogs.
