HTAS 2100. Introduction to Humanities, Technology, and
Science. (3) An introduction to ways of considering
interrelationships among three of the major dimensions of
our culture: its science, its technology, and its humanistic
orientation. Students taking this course will be deemed to
have met the requirements for the “Ethical and Cultural
Critique” area of the LBST requirements and will not have to
take an additional course to satisfy that area of General
Education. (Yearly)
HTAS 3800: Independent Study in Humanities, Technology, and
Science. (3)
Study of a special topic under supervision of a faculty
member. May be repeated for credit as topics vary. (On
demand)
