Mickelson Appointed University Professor
January 21, 2015
Dr. Roslyn Mickelson was named the 2014 University Professor of UNC Charlotte. This honor recognizes outstanding scholarly achievement in a professional field, as well as demonstrated ability to excel in interdisciplinary research, teaching, and service. The University Professor is recommended to the UNC Charlotte Board of Trustees by the Chancellor and holds this title for life.

Opening for Provost’s Faculty Fellow
January 15, 2015
The Office of the Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs has announced an opening for a Faculty Fellow.  The appointment is for a duration of one year; the begin date for the appointment is negotiable. Provost’s Faculty Fellows participate in the full range of activities of the Office of Academic Affairs.  The Provost may assign projects in University administration that match the experience and talents of the Faculty Fellow, or the Faculty Fellow may propose a specific project.
